Since its inception in 1984, the Parent Education and Support Program (PES), formerly Fostering Family Strengths, has empowered Larimer County families by offering support and assistance through parenting education and support services. The philosophy of PES is that every family has strengths and the ability to create a safe and nurturing family environment.
